Kiara Hut is the leather lifestyle brand of Kiaraansh Mariners Studio Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We design and manufacture handcrafted full-grain leather goods and supply them to corporate clients, hospitality, maritime, and lifestyle brands worldwide.
2. Use of Website
The website is intended for informational and B2B enquiry purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;

4. Enquiries, Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after a written acceptance and advance payment as per the agreed proforma invoice.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), production lead times, and delivery schedules are confirmed at the time of order.
- Custom orders (embossing, packaging, colour) cannot be cancelled once production begins.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted are exclusive of GST, freight, duties, and taxes unless explicitly mentioned. Payment terms are typically 50% advance and 50% before dispatch, or as mutually agreed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Lead times are estimates and may be affected by raw material availability, festivals, customs, or force majeure. Risk transfers to the buyer upon hand-over to the carrier (Ex-Works) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Quality & Returns
Each piece is handcrafted; minor variations in grain, colour, and texture are inherent to natural leather and are not defects. Quality concerns must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt with photographs. Custom or embossed pieces are non-returnable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiara Hut's liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or goodwill.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, government action, or carrier disruption.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
