What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk and corporate leather gifting?+
Our standard MOQ starts at 50 units per design for most leather goods (wallets, cardholders, notebooks). For pantone-matched dyeing or fully bespoke designs, MOQ is typically 500 units. We're happy to discuss exceptions for premium executive gifting projects.
Can you emboss our company logo on leather products?+
Yes. We offer brass-die hot embossing, blind deboss, and foil stamping in gold, silver, or custom hues. Share your logo as a vector file (AI / EPS / PDF) and we'll create a brass die specifically for your project.
What is the typical production and delivery timeline?+
Standard production takes around 21 days after sample approval. Pre-production samples are typically ready within 7–10 days. Worldwide shipping adds 5–10 business days depending on destination and incoterms.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Kiara Hut ships to 24+ countries including the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Germany and France. We handle export documentation and work with DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders for larger consignments.
Can you provide custom packaging for corporate gifts?+
Absolutely. We co-design branded gift boxes, tissue, ribbon, insert cards and notes — everything arrives ready for distribution to your clients or employees.
What types of leather do you use?+
We work exclusively with full-grain leather sourced from heritage Indian tanneries — primarily premium cowhide, goat and sheep leather, finished by hand at our Dehradun atelier.
